Heat in the Heartland

Risky Business is a first of its kind economic assessment of the impacts of climate change all across the United States. We've worked with this project since the day it launched, and this report is just one example of the work we've done for them. In it, we break down the big top-line impacts of heat and extreme weather on the midwest as a region and dive deep, illustration temperate changes to the degree and income lost to the dollar, county-by-county throughout the region. Finally, we weave in high-quality photography to highlight the human stories of extreme climate impacts.
